Beyond the practice
Dr. Ne moved to Texas from Taiwan in the eighth grade and has been here for over 30 years. She is married with two daughters and is fluent in Mandarin Chinese. She enjoys travel, cooking, and home-improvement projects — and most of all, time with her daughters.
